Mr. Feitel, a lawyer by education, has been in the commercial real estate business since the mid-’80s. Having worked with Trammell Crow, and WRIT, Mr. Feitel was responsible for the management and leasing of significant portfolios of office and retail properties. Since 1996 his firm has specialized in the representation of medical dental, optometry, and healthcare professionals with their commercial real estate needs. In addition, he has professionally represented several different HealthCare institutions. Moreover, his firm has leased millions of square feet of medical office space for a “who’s who” list of medical office building owners.
Also, Mr. Feitel is recognized as an industry leader in healthcare real estate and is a featured speaker at health care summits in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Chicago, St. Louis, Las Vegas, New Jersey, California, and New York. Having worked with hundreds of doctors, dentists, and healthcare providers over the years, Mr. Feitel has learned the “ins and outs” of medical/dental real estate. Since 1996, he has represented medical/dental real estate transactions in excess of one billion dollars.
No commercial real estate broker in the nation is more experienced in the skillful representation of healthcare professionals. Mr. Feitel graduated from The University of Michigan in 1982 and The University of Toledo College of Law in 1985.
After attending The University of Memphis, Sherry had an extensive career in banking and finance before she became a co-founder of HPRG in 2002. Currently, she is responsible for company marketing, including speaking engagements, branding, trade shows, and new business opportunities. Her true business development talents are too voluminous to put on a business card.
Ms. Feitel is responsible for dental and medical trade shows and getting HPRG in the forefront of speaking engagements and study group presentations. Moreover, she assists in positioning listings in the most marketable fashion. Her duties also include Google AdWord campaigns, graphics, web design, trade shows, etc.
Sarah has been working with HPRG in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. Before her engagement with HPRG, she was a sales manager with Surge Suppression Incorporated, responsible for a sales force of nearly 20 employees. Over the past six years, she has represented dozens of medical and dental professionals, including Horizon Health Care, LabCorp, Virginia Surgery Associates, Rockville Eye Associates, and Shady Grove Radiology. She has also worked with a number of healthcare institutions, such as INOVA and HCA.
Sarah has been involved with the development of medical real estate projects, some as substantial as 150,000 square feet. Additionally, Sarah has developed a wealth of real estate knowledge while at HPRG, being trained by the top medical real estate broker in the Mid-Atlantic, Charles L. Feitel. Sarah is a licensed commercial real estate agent, a 2003 Graduate of Montgomery College, and a corporate member of the Montgomery County Medical Society.
Chaz has been a real estate salesperson with HPRG since the spring of 2013. He has assisted over 50 start-up medical and dental practices with their leases or sales negotiations, including many more practice acquisitions and leases renewals for established doctors and dentists over that time span. Chaz’s listing portfolio includes over 400,000 square feet of medical office space for lease in the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland markets.
His experience working with both landlords and tenants makes him very efficient and fair when navigating the leasing and sales negotiating process. His tenant-representation experience has also given him access to both national and local medical specialty vendors capable of providing his clients with tailored and quality professional service. Chaz is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University.
A Senior Associate with Health-Pro Realty Group, Chris is focused on assisting his clients through the complexities of the real estate environment. His satisfied clients include general dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, pediatric dentists, optometrists, opticians, ophthalmic surgeons, phlebologists, vascular surgeons, plastic and maxillofacial surgeons, veterinarians, hair restoration experts, sole practitioners, partnerships, group practices, ALF and MC operators, among others.
Chris Kaminski has a primary focus on the aging of our society. He is able to match sellers of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, Personal Care, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities with buyers to ensure the continued care of our loved ones. The experience he has acquired over his career helps him find the ideal property and negotiate the lease or purchase terms to set his client up for success. He also helps his clients sell or lease their property, ensuring maximum return on their investment.

Chris is an experienced sales professional with over two decades of sales and sales management experience. He has extensive experience in telecom, account management, and pharmaceutical sales. Chris has cultivated relationships in all aspects of medical practices, including primary care and specialty groups.
He graduated with an economics degree with a focus on business from his alma mater, Penn State University. Chris resides in Central Pennsylvania with his wife, two children, and a labradoodle.
Brian joined HPRG as a licensed sales associate in 2020. Before coming to HPRG Brian spent 6 years in financial risk mitigation in New York City. He was responsible for 100s of individual deals that included the review of commercial mortgage loans.
Brian is an Iraq Veteran and has an MBA from Boston College. In 2016, Brian was awarded the New York leader fellowship for his work in the veteran community. He has completed an Ironman triathlon, served as a runner guide for vision-impaired athletes, and speaks as a wellness advocate in the community.
His mission now is to help guide healthcare leaders like you to make smart real estate decisions with the future of your practice in mind.
Thomas Linehan recently joined Health-Pro Realty group after an experience as an investment sales agent with Marcus & Millichap in Northern New Jersey. He also has had extensive experience working with private real estate investors in the north-east region for the past 6 years. His focus will be working on both tenant representation and landlord assignments in all healthcare disciplines (Medical, Dental, Optometry, etc.)
Tom is excited to jumpstart his new career in the healthcare real estate industry. He graduated with a risk management degree with a focus in real estate from Penn State University in 2019, where he also volunteered with various charities to benefit THON and the local community.
